Donation Request Application Form

Official Form to Request a SEA SOIL Pallet Donation

SEA SOIL™, over the years, has generously been donating and sponsoring to different therapeutic gardens, garden clubs, charitable events, local events and community gardens which grow healthy food for local food banks all over British Columbia and Alberta.

Due to the high volume of donation requests over the last few years all donation applicants such as (and not limited to) non- profit societies; organizations and/or charity groups must complete our downloadable Donation Form at the bottom of this page and email it to donations@seasoil.com, or fax it to 250-729-9967.

We have many requests for donations throughout the year, and we try to make good on every request but some years we receive more requests than we can fulfill. Please re-apply the next year if your application is not accepted.

One pallet of SEA SOIL Original (63 bags) will be donated to each approved applicant.

Donation and/or Sponsorship requirements:

  1. All applicants must complete the Donation Form to be eligible for a donation and / or sponsorship.
  2. Applicants requesting product delivery must have:
    • A contact name, phone number and physical address for delivery of product.
    • Someone at the physical address on the delivery date to accept the donation. We cannot guarantee delivery time on the delivery date as we use a contract shipping company that does many other daily deliveries. Please plan accordingly.

* There will be no donations delivered between April 1st and July 1st . Please plan accordingly.

Thank you,

The SEA SOIL Family!

Growing Your Soil

Not the Landfill. All of our bags, pallets and pallet wrap can be recycled. Our plastic is made from no. 4 LDPE (Low-density polyethylene) plastic which can be recycled by returning clean, dry, empty plastic bags to recycling drop off centers or retailers and municipalities (curbside collection also) that provide designated plastic bag recycling. Wooden pallets can be reused or recycled at designated wood recycling areas with your municipality.

OMRI Tested

We believe that all soils should have a required minimum set of testing standards when it comes to growing. That is why we contacted O.M.R.I. years ago to start the process of approving SEA SOIL. We regularly test our SEA SOIL for heavy metals, ecoli and even fecal coliforms to make sure SEA SOIL is the best choice for gardeners and growers.
